The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and drip coffee pot for added convenience. Guests can unwind in the living room with a smart TV and stay connected with wireless internet. The property features direct smart lock entry, a heated pool, sun deck, BBQ grills, and an outdoor shower. Additional amenities include an elevator, a bicycle rack, and ice machines on the 1st and 3rd floors. For added convenience, two communal, coin-operated washers and dryers are available, and there is one parking space included. Linens and towels are included and will be set up in the unit prior to arrival.

Please note that depending on availability, you can also reserve Unit 303, which is an adjoining studio unit accommodating up to 4 additional guests.
