Where is Experience Vacation Rentals located? 

- We're located at 5501 New Jersey Ave in Wildwood Crest!

Where do I check in and check out? 

- A lot of our properties have a combo/smart lock, so you can go directly to the property upon arrival!
- If the property you're staying at does not have a combo lock, then you'll come to our office to check-in.

What time is check-in?
- Check-in is typically at 3:00pm on your arrival day.  If you'll be arriving late, then please call us at 609-770-5503 and we will make arrangements for key pickup if needed.
- If you're interested in checking in early, then please reach out to us, and we'll see if we're able to accommodate this.

What time is check-out?
- Check-out is by 10:00am on your scheduled departure date.  After departing from the property, please return the keys to our office at 5501 New Jersey Ave.   Please note there's a $150 charge for each set of keys missing.

What should we do before checking out?

- We kindly ask that you please wash & put away your dishes, and remove all trash or recyclables from inside the property.
- We also ask that you leave the thermostat at 73 degress before the departing the property.
- If you had the linen service, you can place all the sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen/dish towels, and the bath mats back in  the linen bins, and leave the bins by the front door before you leave.

Where can I find details on check-in times, pets, etc.? 

- Within the rental agreement, you can find terms related to check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, cancellation policy, and maintenance of the residence.  Pets are NOT permitted.

How are cancelations and refunds handled? 

- Please email or text us if you need to make a cancellation.  Once you let us know that you need to cancel, we'll relist the property online.
- After it's re-rented, we'll proceed with a cancellation and refund in the amount of 70-75% of the total price for the week.

How do I know the Occupancy Limit for each Residence? 

- Each property listed on our website states the occupancy limit and number of bedrooms, as well as the sleeping arranagements for each bedroom and the living room.  The occupancy limit is also located in your lease agreement.

What do I need to bring?

- You will need to bring pool/beach towels and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  We also suggest you bring soaps and laundry detergent.
- If you choose not to add on the linen service, you will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, kitchen towels, and bath linens.  Please review the bed sizes on our website to make sure you are bringing the right size bed linens.

Is Cleaning included in my rental? 

- Yes absolustely!  Your property will be professionally cleaned before and after your arrival!  Upon request, we can arrange for a mid-stay clean at an additional price.
